Maryanne Trump Barry was declared dead on Monday after being found in her Manhattan apartment. She was 86. There was no sign of trauma or foul play at the scene. Barry, a federal judge, was appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1983 and later appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit by President Bill Clinton. She retired in 2019 following controversy around alleged fraudulent tax transactions by Fred Trump Sr. and her siblings. Maryanne Barry Trump, the older sister of former President Trump, also had a falling out with her brother over the release of a critical tell-all book by Mary Trump, the daughter of Maryanne Trump Barry and Donald Trump’s niece. Fred Trump Jr. and Robert Trump, the youngest of the Trump siblings, have since passed away, leaving reclusive Elizabeth Trump Grau as the only surviving sibling. Donald Trump has also lost his ex-wife, Ivana, as well as two of his siblings, leaving him with only one living sibling.
