“Succession” Actor Alan Ruck Faces Lawsuit Following Hollywood Pizzeria CrashDecember 8, 2023
A lawsuit has been filed against Alan Ruck, star of “Succession,” for causing a chain-reaction collision by crashing his pickup truck into a Hollywood pizza joint on Halloween. The lawsuit alleges that the accident left a man with severe injuries and totaled his car. Surveillance footage shows Ruck’s Rivian R1T hitting a car at a red light, swiping a BMW SUV, and then crashing into Raffalo’s Pizza. The complaint states that Ruck’s truck rear-ended a car stopped at a red light, causing the chain reaction. The victim sustained serious injuries, and the crash reportedly caused significant structural damage to the pizza shop. Ruck’s insurance company, State Farm, has refused to accept responsibility for the crash, and the victim’s legal team has been forced to push the case to trial due to the lack of cooperation.
