Steve Carell Set to Make Broadway Debut in ‘Uncle Vanya’ in 2024

Steve Carell will make his Broadway debut in a new production of “Uncle Vanya.” The play is set to begin performances on April 2 at Lincoln Center’s Vivian Beaumont Theater. The Lila Neugebauer-helmed production also features a cast that includes Alison Pill, Alfred Molina, William Jackson Harper, Mia Katigbak, Anika Noni Rose, and Jayne Houdyshell. The play has been described as a “strikingly immediate new translation” by Pulitzer Prize finalist Heidi Schreck. Carell, known for his role in “The Office,” has also appeared in films such as “Little Miss Sunshine” and “Foxcatcher.” He has also starred in several television series.
