Rangers’ Vesey and Panarin Lead Team to Victory Over Devils with Two Goals Each

The New York Rangers extended their point streak to 11 games with a 5-3 win over the New Jersey Devils on Saturday. Jimmy Vesey and Artemi Panarin both scored two goals in the game. Panarin set a Rangers record with a 15-game point streak, which is the longest of his career. Vesey scored the game-winner with less than three minutes left in the game, while Blake Wheeler added an empty-net goal to secure the win. Igor Shesterkin made 30 saves for the Rangers. Jack Hughes returned to the Devils lineup after missing five games and scored once in the game. The Rangers will play the Dallas Stars next, while the Devils will play the Detroit Red Wings.
