Arrest Made in Fatal Harlem Smoke Shop Shooting

The suspect arrested for the fatal Harlem shooting is Justin Deprospo, who is accused of murdering 32-year-old Burnie Pleasant outside a smoke shop on Nov. 15. Deprospo, 27, was apprehended near the scene of the shooting and is facing murder and weapon possession charges. Pleasant was shot multiple times and despite efforts to save him, he did not survive. Deprospo resides in the Bronx and his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court was pending as of Tuesday. The motive for the shooting has not been disclosed at this time.
