Tragic Loss: ‘Extreme Weight Loss’ Star Brandi Mallory Passes Away at 40

Brandi Mallory passed away on Nov. 9 in Stone Mountain, Ga., at the age of 40. The cause of her death has not been revealed. In 2014, Mallory appeared on ABC’s “Extreme Weight Loss” and lost 151 pounds. Before her death, she seemed to be in good spirits based on her final Instagram post, where she shared her thoughts on a Lucy Rose apple she picked up at a farmers market. A memorial service for Mallory is scheduled to be held on Sunday, Nov. 19 in Lithonia, Ga.
