A woman allegedly changed her name to Annette Marie Houshmandzadeh out of love for ex-NFL star T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Houshmandzadeh, 46, has filed for a restraining order against her, claiming she has developed a “bizarre and extreme obsession” with him and his family since 2015. He obtained a temporary restraining order against her in 2015, but it expired in 2019 and the harassment allegedly resumed. Houshmandzadeh said she once sent him a letter claiming she had “several bullets inscribed with the names of each member of the Houshmandzadeh family.” He also said she has posed as the mother of his kids online and attempted to gain access to his personal affairs by citing her newly bestowed last name. Houshmandzadeh requested that she cease her harassment and stay at least 500 yards away from him. Houshmandzadeh played 11 NFL seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, Seattle Seahawks, Baltimore Ravens, and Oakland Raiders, reaching more than 500 yards receiving in six of those seasons, with his best year coming in 2007.
