A man escaped from a Georgia jail last month with three other inmates. Johnifer Dernard Barnwell, 37, was captured in an Augusta home with a large amount of drugs, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. He had been in jail on drug charges and is the third of four escapees to be caught. Chavis Demaryo Stokes, 29, was captured on Oct. 26, and Marc Kerry Anderson, 25, was apprehended on Nov. 3. Joey Fournier, 52, facing a murder charge, is still at large. The four men had been in the same cell block at Bibb County jail in Macon, but authorities couldn’t find any other connection between them, Sheriff Donald Davis told the Macon Telegraph. Surveillance footage showed the men being picked up in a blue Dodge Challenger shortly after the escape, and the fence around the facility had been tampered with beforehand. Jail guards didn’t realize the men were missing until about three hours after the escape.
