Emotional testimony: Grace Jabbari, ex of Jonathan Majors, breaks down while watching video in court

Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari broke down on the witness stand in Manhattan. The Marvel actor’s lawyer made her watch video of herself injured and disoriented from the morning after she says he assaulted her. She lost her composure during testimony at Majors’ Manhattan Criminal Court domestic violence trial. When asked about what she told the police, Jabbari said she didn’t want to watch that video. Majors, who has been cast as the villain Kang the Conqueror, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor assault and harassment. Jabbari alleges the “Lovecraft Country” actor became aggressive when she grabbed his phone in the actor’s private car after seeing him get a text from another woman. Chaudhry challenged her on this when she broke down crying. She also made her watch video showing Majors shoving her into the private car.

In the courtroom, Chaudhry went through Jabbari’s actions after the assault. This included footage of her inside a nightclub, drinking and dancing. Jabbari was also confronted with text messages to Majors after this incident.
