Alleged NYC Road Rage Murderer Denied Bail

The accused Vasquez, 28, charged with murder and manslaughter in the death of 23-year-old Robert Jimenez, was held without bail after an arraignment on Wednesday. The incident took place in the Bronx, when an argument between the victim and Vasquez led to the victim being hit on his scooter. Jimenez passed away due to severe body trauma, while Vasquez sustained pelvic injuries. The accused will appear in court again on Dec. 1. The victim’s father expressed his desire for Vasquez to remain in jail.
